You can develop your skill by improving your 'fit' to a specific task or context. This is achieved by educating your intention, attention and calibration.
Ultimately, your ability to solve problems and adapt to the demands of your sport is what makes you skilful.
Our journey to developing skill is ongoing, unending and may never result in mastery because you will discover new ways to interact and adapt as you continue your development.
